This half year will be full.
The more I learn, the more difficult it is to explain what I’m learning. This morning I went to get faculty approval for taking some module that doesn’t count into anywhere and won’t contribute to graduation requirement. i see no reason that I must take module for graduating purpose or must follow a learning path that others have designed for me. The good thing is not only I got the approval, I also got a well wish of “Good Luck!”.
Maybe because the weather is too hot these few days, I could somehow differentiate the taste of water from different taps. Some water I’ve drunk recently just doesn’t taste right, the size of the grain and particles feels odd. It’s unusual to suddenly have taste buds sensitive like this and it’s an indescribable feeling. People are sensitive to different things. Some have skins that could feel air pollution if a car drives by. The story of feeling a pea hided under 12 layers of mattress is truly bewildering.
These days I keep seeing strangers who greatly look like people I’ve known before. The degree of resemblance can be astonishing. If not for the demeanor that differentiates them, I would probably mistaken them for the wrong persons. Such random encounters sometimes lift remote memories out of the bottom of my mind, like some tiny oxygen bubble produced by deep sea algea rising up the dark black water.
